Thank goodness this is happening.
I get so very tired of explaining how/why/where that black women do belly dance.
I think the documentary will help open eyes of the public, then maybe just maybe when I get a call for dance I won't have to tell them what color I am but may what style of dance(s) I do.

Like you, Asmina, I have a young daughter who is just now "sort of-kinda" getting into the dance thing more than just watching me (she's coming out of the corner in my classes and swirling her veil with the rest of them). So anything I can offer up to help the next generation, I'll gladly put out there -
